GENERAL

  • You may click visit the contact page by filling up the form with all the info required. A deposit or full amount for all events is kindly requested to be made at the time of booking. Minimum spend applies.

  • If another person books on the same date and our slots are almost full, we will give the slot to the first person who pays the deposit.

  • We travel everywhere in Sydney with a radius of max 120 km from Sydney, Yes, a travel fee applies for events on top of your pizza package. All our prices are exclusive of GST.

  • We operate rain or shine. However, we do not operate during severe weather warnings, lightning, or extreme winds. Our goal is to make every event successful no matter what. We will reschedule the event if we can not operate.

  • Deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least 60 business calendar days before the booking date.

    If a cancellation is made within 60 business calendar days of the booking, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • You may inform us of the changes (e.g. the location of your event, number of people, pizza package, etc.) 5 days prior to the initial set date. Any decrease in number made after the 5-day grace period will no longer be accommodated. But with an increase in numbers, we can.

  • If the number of guests present are less than what you initially told us, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund because the ingredients and all have already been paid for.

    However, if the number of guests are more than what you initially booked for, you can pay for the additional amount on the day of the event.

OFFERING

  • We offer 8 varieties of pizzas to choose from. You may check out our menu in our menu page.

  • Yes. We do halal catering. We also offer vegan pizza and gluten-free bases of pizza for an additional charge of $8 per base. The ingredients of the pizza per type is included in the menu. If you have more allergies, sensitivities, and other dietary restrictions, include it in the additional details/requests and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We offer lasagna as a ready to go but we can make any type of pasta you need.

  • No. But we offer a 20% discount for each kid ages 10 and below on the price of the pizza package you selected; and 30% discount for each kid with ages 5 and below.

SERVICE

  • Our truck can fit inside a standard size parking space. We can operate anywhere outdoors and indoor on ventilated space on firm and level ground. We need power connection . We stay for 2 hours and we come 1-1:30 hours prior to the event start time.

  • Our continuous cooking procedure on the day of the event guarantees that customers have access to a wide variety of pizzas and little waiting time. We can provide a wide variety of pizzas from our menu, with a two-hour non-stop cooking process.

  • We can cook 5/6 or 9 ( depending which trailer will be at your party) pizzas in every 2 minutes.

  • We can serve your guests in a few different ways. All necessary plates, napkins and utensils are provided by us on request at 1$ each person 

    Pizza Buffet – Guests serve themselves from a buffet station.

    Family Style - Guests are seated and servers bring party-size pizzas to each table, or buffet table in your back yard , you may need to request for the second type of service on a charge of 150 $ for the runner.

  • Yes, we provide the utensils, plates, and napkins for use on the day of the event on request at 1 $ each person

  • No problem! We can accommodate you as long as it fits our schedule. We have an additional charge per hour depending on the number of people.

PIZZA TRUCK

  • Basilico 1 (our pizza truck) sizes are as follows: 1.5m wide, 2.70m tall, and 2.4m long.

    Basilico 2 (our pizza truck) sizes are as follows: 1.7m wide,2,70m tall, and 3m long

    Basilico 3 (our oven on wheels ) size are utility car size, tall 1.92 cm

    Basilico 4 (our second oven in wheels ) same as first one 

    Basilico shop (our pizza truck) sizes are the follows:2.10m wide, 2,70m tall, and 5 m long

    Basilico for everyone (our pizza truck) sizes are the following :1.4m wide, 2 m tall, and 1.8m long If the space is not adequate to fit in our truck, we also have the Marquee option (2m by 2m), which could fit most spaces both indoors and outdoors!

  • We have the Marquee option that is 2m by 2m and can basically fit pretty much all spaces both indoor and outdoor.

  • If our wood-fired pizza truck is unable to reach your desired location, we bring the mobile pizza magic to you with our trusty Ooni pizza ovens. These versatile ovens allow us to set up anywhere, ensuring that you can enjoy our pizzas no matter the venue. We proudly utilize the Ooni Koda 16 and the Ooni Karu 16 at our mobile pizza events.
